Says who? Just because they are in the REZ files, doesn't mean we're actually going to get them. A lot of weapons appeared in there that we have yet to see.

Last time I check, the Royal Dragon Crate was in honor of the Chinese New Year, which was the year of the dragon FYI, and that event has passed.
