Just NO. That isn't even a sniper rifle.
It was an anti-tank rifle with a weight of 20 kilos (no one could ever perfectly hold it) and that had an IMMENSE recoil since the bullet is very big (a machine cannon bullet) as it was designed to penetrate thick tank armor. Shooting persons with that of course is highly lethal, but I guess then we had to introduce a new dying animation where the body bursts apart since the power would tear you in pieces.
If we're not getting the Barrett, then we certainly won't get this...
