IP Ban for Perm ban?

I think Z8 should IP ban those who are permanent banned because they'll just keep on creating alternate accounts.

They SAY they do IP bans. Ive never heard of it happening to anyone. (Maybe cuz they got IP banned and cant tell anyone). But eh, I think it's all a myth.

Because there's a difference between static and dynamic ip addresses and if an ip get banned that's dynamic (which changes each time you log on) and someone else gets the ip that was banned then that person would be banned for no reason.

They are banning by IP but does not effect on some people because they have dynamic IP. Would effect if your ip isn't dynamic in short word ip static

People have there account closed after if has had max amount of temp bans, that is it end off.

They just re-register and they are back.
