In my opinion is the valentines ribbo not the same like: Sniper Week, Pistol Week, Xterminater , A Hero Emerges, Iron Man, Showdon Sheriff, Operation Triton, Silont Soldier Conquistador, Gold Medal and One Million.. expacily the Film Award Ribbons. Theses were all Events but Valentine is not an Event
Velentine Ribbon should be like "Chrismas comes but once a Year" -

dude the ribbon comes once a year during valentine u jsut gonna have to play 1 hour in that day and then u will get it
as for the proof my clanmate who is been playing this game for over 2 years he got that ribbon in valentine of 2011 and i got the ribbon in valentine of 2012 -

Why can they not add this information to the information?Because being under-staffed forces them to give priority to more pressing matters, such as dealing with updates, fixing bugs and dealing with hackers. And this last one is already suffering for it. -
