so this other game that i play Navyfield they have an option that can turn down certain sounds such as your own teams bullets and footsteps and such so i think this would especially help in ghost mode saying u could turn down your own teams fire so u can hear the ghosts better

Nice idea but I don't like the idea of people being able to hear the footsteps any better than they can now. It would make pinpointing significantly easier for most people.
