New Character, Spetsnaz

I have an idea for a new character in CF probably for septembers patch.

Since the Spetsnaz are the best special forces in the world why dont we have them in CF?
We have many characters but I was always waiting to see them but they werent insite the August patch

KTR was inside the patch and I am very happy about it but I was sure that Spetsnaz were going to be in this patch too , z8 might forgot them so just in case I am posting this.
(Z8 people are humans too , not robbots , so they might forgot them)

I would like to see spetsnaz in game for 2 reazons :

1st: Because with tons of characters every player could be differend , everyone of us could have his own style.

2nd : Because in games like call of duty , battlefied and tons of others the Russians are the "Bad guys" so why not to make the difference in crossfire? Russians are'nt demons or something and I want to see this racism against Russians to end.
