nope because there are some weapons who are not to be put in the cupons.Like seasonal weapons and rewards from events(ggg,golden m4a1tiger and etc)

coupons are easily to be obtain . In the other hand , crates are different money money hmmm smelll better on crates than coupons

people allready did asked me how they can get kukri royal dragon(which i did won at last crate and several hours before they removed the crate)

Seasonal weapons and gold weapons should be rare and stay rare like golden katana and m4a1 gold tiger.
I admire about your idea for getting the all gold weapons in coupons but some weapons must stay rare.

Crates = more money that coupons.Most time.So won't happen.They just want money.
