Z8 would consider removing a whole clan if 'All' of the members hack.Like said above,wouldn't be fair anyways.The leader,LTs,and other members might just not know about their members. -1

No, there are no plans nor will there ever be plans to collectively punish a whole clan for the actions of its individual members.
The only time clans are punished is when the clan itself - either through name or inappropriate news - violates the rules.
In which case the clan might be disbanded or renamed. Not the individuals.

And what if they do know? When they are send all the evidence they need, but simply refuse to kick hackers from the clan. And let them hack in clan wars? (e.g. #Distanz)

A leader/LT of a clan is responsible for it's members. When he is aware of cheating, he should do something about it.

Perhaps morally, but it really doesn't go further than that.
Theres no rule against having cheaters in a clan, theres just a rule against cheating.


I might have missed a hypothetical scenario though.
Say a leader and all of the lieutenants cheat and are reported simultaneously, the clan could possibly be disbanded since there is no natural leaders left.
Just a theory though, not sure if it has happened.
