Voice Communication and Bots

As the title says mic chat would be pretty cool. And a server where you can practice against bots in, with name suggestions, map choice, and however many bots you want on your team and the other team. This would kind of make Echo8 like ESEA, people could set up 5v5 rooms (no password) and get better at the game by knowing more strats, and calling.

I was gonna say not to count your KILLs and death to your KDR, and also a mute option in case someone gets annoying.

Adding Bots in an online game is a bit weird, don't you think? But I think it's a great idea anyhow.
