They can do new weapons or something like a wrote cuz it's boring to always get the weapons by black market

Someone can shoot you in the toe through a box with the Barret and it would still kill you. So no.

The coupons, bonus points, BM price and PSG-1 wont ever happen.
The characters and new BM weapons are possible. Whats with you guys and pink weapons?
The map ideas would just encourage camping.

Actually any of this COULD happen. It all matters on what the developers decide to do. Most of it probably won't but it is possible.
