good idea to Avoid hak ( hope GM see this)

For now we only have
1 server Trainee- Corporal
and many server Trainee-any level

we should make some change now
1 server Trainee-Corporal change to Trainee-Sergeant 4
many server Trainee- any level change to STAFF SERGEANT -any level

I have see lots of hak is Happy face - STAFF SERGEANT. no matter how many hak u ban.
they can alway register a new account. to aviod hak this would be better idea.

So, we can only report high rank hackers, the noobie accounts arent worth our time reporting since theyre created every second/minute/hours,days.
