Support for 1280x720 and 1366x768

Simple as the title, add support for 1280x720 and 1366x768 16:9 laptop resolutions.

By reducing the resolution and making everything blurry...nty. >_>

reducing your resolution gives you black bars, a higher resolution will get rid of them.

Try searching "disable aspect ratio".

Looks like someone has never been inside their driver software...

If I set it to forced fullscreen, horizontal sensitivity seems to be higher.

As of this post, 1366x768 is supported. So I'm happy.
