Increase max # of players per side!
well i was thinking about that why in every mode there is same player limit, i mean sometimes 8 players on s&d is not fun because if u have like a pro guy who kills like 4 players in one go then there are 7 team mates who want some kills to, so i thought about increasing player slots ? for modes also make bigger s&d maps with it, this might be coppied but just like in counter strike, where the maps are bigger than crossfire maps and u get like 16 players per side, or when i play like prison/museum i get high kill streaks but sometimes i want more lets say 20 kills in a streak cause i never got that far and i like hearing whats the next thing my char will say, but yea how about increasing player slots to like 10 maybe 12?

well like obvi keep the old s&d mode but make a new mod for like something simular to s&d and have more players like 10-12 per side just like in counter strike, cause sometimes i play and theres a dude who pwns like whole the other team im like -.- and bigger maps too, cause seeing always same amout of people in same map is like ehh borning, bigger mush up is more fun id sayBadMonkey666 wrote: »The more people there are the less fun is it. thats why i said bigger maps too instead of the little ones we have right now, less rushing more time to think about next step and just yea i recon it would be a good idea, ofcourse if u want to play less players u can put make the room for less people -
okay sorry im on a phone so its rather hard to do so, and yea some sort of a mode which has bigger maps and more players, lets say one of the bigger maps in crossfire we have is probably black widow? how about increasing that in size obvi not the same map but make it bigger and allow more players to join, since we have so many modes how about hostile mode ? i know sounds coppied but yea, modes get boring after a while of playing them

Imo, 10 per side is the max that can be implemented.
I don't even imagine if we're 30 in a single room : There would be too much people, chat will be spammed as hell, etc... And there would be lags.
It could be a good idea to implement, but we would need bigger maps.
Maybe it could be just an option specific of certain maps (big maps), to open 2 more slots in each side.
I think that option could be ok for some maps such as Colombia EM, Arena TD/EM, Nightfall GM and some SnD maps (i don't remember all of them). -

well first of all spam was always there so nothing would change and well as i said maybe a new mode with bigger maps so more players would be allowed, not using the old maps we already have in cf i mean totally new maps that could be played on, and with the rest leave as it is i mean just the one mode that would have extra slots for players for more fun and own -

I only get around 30 FPS with 8 vs 8 on small maps, big maps are around 12-18FPS...
Get around 60-80 fps in 4 vs 4 on the same maps to give you a idea how much player amount affects the game. If it gets raise to 16 vs 16, my computer won't be able to handle it and I will quit in-till I can afford a better computer. -

I see what your Getting at with your Idea But I don't think crossfire would be able to set up something like that anyways. :P -
This isn't COD or BF3 where the maps are big enough to accommodate a lot of players. The biggest maps like Ankara with a 8v8 already feels kinda cramped IMO. So why add more people? Besides more people = more kills for the pros so it doesn't really change anything. All you'd need to do is let someone rush and use them as a meat shield then take their kill. :d
