In game restriction options

It would be nice if z8 installed an in-game room restriction option. For example, if you are in a scrim and you feel that the opposing team is using armor, the room restriction of not being to use armor would come in handy. This would let both teams play on a more fair level. Even though leagues like WEM/WCG allow the use of armor, I feel that teams who cannot afford armor cannot see where they're skill/aim level lie when against a top tier team who uses armor. It would be very appreciated if this suggestion can be looked at. Thank you.
