How about echo 8 ( or what used to be E8)?
No zp chars, no zp guns and most are NA players.
Most use WCG rules.

i hella see ppl running around with gsg9, awm-lm, m4 silver/adv, and deagle camo in e8 pubs.

2. Hahaha. Anyone living near the servers or with a fast internet will have limited rooms. We might as well all quit together.
3. So basically if players are poor, they'll have limited rooms to play in too.
