esl server?

Like where certain guns could only be used, like the ones on WOGL's list of weapons to use.This would also solve many peoples complains about guns. Believe this has been suggested before but I couldn't find the thread.

why should they add a server with those rules?
z8 got rules. also complains about guns. whatever let them say. i didnt it dont matter if you use spop or not if you cant hit a spop then you also gonna miss the swat. (big chance) but there not even that much people to fill up a server that play by the rules of WOGL.

Unfortunately a specific server like this doesn't quite fit in with the logistics of the game.

More competitive environment is something we would like to help nurture, but in the end of the day a restricting server like this costs money for only an incredibly small % of the population to play on.

Plus there would be licensing and copyright things going on, we are the publisher and run the servers and having 3rd party companies run servers isn't technically or logistically feasible.

For now this kind of thing is not going to happen, but look for new competitive options coming soon with things like WOGL and ESG and WCG.

change add whatever. Also spops are still kinda of nubby because of the psychological effect they have. You're mind thinks it's a smaller target, so you have a harder time hitting it. Also if it wasn't nooby then why would WOGL ban it. change echo 8 to the esl server. It's already the "competitive" server.

zp guns,zp chars,armor,gp crate guns,.. what do you got left just 25% or 50% of the game.

if you would know better then it means i say spop and other zp char are fair. it dont help you that much to win. if you got spop but cant aim you still gonna die.

I dont really care for the suggestion but if they did implement something like that It would be easier the way I suggested.

yeah and then remove half of the game? what they worked for so hard to get lol.

Well yes I would like to play on that server but you should keep in mind that 90% of the cf community is noobish, they don't want a pro server.
