70 coupons refund?

hey! i accidentally get the mp7a1 from black market i already send a support ticket but they tell me that they cant replie my ticket why?
i teld them to refund my coupons but wat is this means?
di i am going to recieve a refund?
this happens a few hours i just want recomendations or something because i dont like the mp7a1 and i just want a refund in the refund policy says that within 48 hours?
do i have a posibility for a refund?

As long as you sent the ticket within 48 hours of you redeeming the weapon AND this is your first time making such a mistake, they will refund you the coupons. If they haven't replied yet, just give it a few days. You shouldn't expect an instant answer from them.

I have not yet had this problem yet, but It's probably safe to assume within a day / 24 hours on business days.
