when ever i try to buy zp it says.

In order to deposit you must be at least level 21 in any of the RPG games or level 6 in Cross Fire.

but yet im a staff Sargent and i still cant buy zp points.....

Why would z8 limit the rank to buy zp, aren't they losing money this way?
