To be honest I don't consider any team that is good with melee weapons as skilled.
All it is is abusing timing and steps as well as using ping/lagg.
There's no strategy involved, it's quick too. Easiest to pick up and not the most reputable form. Doesn't require much aim either.
Sorry, I won't put anyone up for votes if they are just TD melee's. -

but still it is kinda best part of Cf among all FPS. except Genesis A.D -

talon knife takes skill what kills knife is things like kukri katana and shovel that are op and/or laggy
as for the tdm granite tdm is fun it takes the stress away abit knowing u can come back to finish your work but i also play alot of s&d and gm which helps too considering gm is where i learned to knife and now im quite good at it
things like sniping and such also take advantage of placement camping and blind spots, where as knifing takes more skill because u need better reaction time and good aim to get your kills where as with other forms of attack all u have to do is spray and pray and normally get 2 or 3 kills especially with things like the m12s and such -

It's actually less about reflex and reaction time than it is about how good your footwork is and judgement of player distance to land a blow by deeking/strafing.
I'm more directing it to knife only matches in particular. Got nothing against actual good knifers in places like GM and whatnot. Add on the terrible reg with laggers especially the knifing only scene is dead as well as pointless. Plus, it takes not even a day to learn how to kill with a knife or even an axe effectively.
With guns, it takes a bit more more at least and relies more on personal skill rather than noting poor game mechanics. Melee has been broken for quite some time. -
