Resolution fail

Hello,
After new patch, resolution 1200x800 has gone mad... the game look much worse, but worse is, that all letters are nearly ureadable... and I cant see part of interface (like its cut at the edge of screen...) 1024x600 work good, but if i use it, the game looks like 20 years old game...
Why developers won't make 1920x1080 resolution? or at least 1600x1200?
Write here pls how can i make the game look good again.
I'm using nVidia GeForce 9800GT and my screen is lg flatron m237wd.
I always run cf at high options...
