theres a way to reset my account, lose everything i have on it and recover my zp and gp wasted??? having in mind that my rank, kills, bandges and everything else would be lost? and start with at least all the zp i buyed?

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say no. Once youve spent your zp you only have a certain amount of time to ask for the transaction to be reversed.
