Lag on BL but not on GR

how is that possible?

i get good around 135~160 ping on GR:



and i get around 190~210 ping on BL:

yeah i know, it happened to me many months ago then it got fixed. Now it's happening again LMAO, it's really weird

lol you lag on both sides plain and simple get a better internet connection

and it's not a lag spike, it was stable

if I got better connection i would get 100 ping on GR and 150 on BL
I wonder why there is a difference
