FLASHBANG ingame ERROR

When I throw a flashbang in any kind of mode I get client error, I told my clan mates to see if they have that error too or its just me and it was them too. even non friends w/e players that join a room they throw a flash bang and they get client error allowing them to leave the room losing their Kills/GP/EXP. FIX PLEASE

Use this to your advantage throw it at the hackers so they will have to leave and if they come back do it again. But they still need to fix this bug.
