Crossfire Launcher Problem
Many users have experienced a problem where their Crossfire launcher has "corrupted" and they are unable to start the game via the launcher due to this.
Example:
This appears to be caused by users zoom and resolution settings.
To correct the problem, right click anywhere on the desktop, select Personalize and select Display.
You will be taken to this page.
This image shows the zoom at 150%. Anything above 100% will cause the launcher to glitch. Correct this by selecting the 100% option. The reduces the screen to its original size.
Note: Check to see if your screen is set to its native resolution (as seen here)
You will be forced to log out, simply log back into, the screen will be corrected as will the Crossfire Launcher
This will solve the majority, if not everyones problems with the launcher and allow you to start up the game properly

i have another problem...
i can open launcher, the game wathcer holds until it sas:
file is changed: W[2007] L[2]
crossfire.exe
can you help me, i reinstalled the game twice the patch also, i back-iped all programms,
restarted the computer,
nothing helps... -

This is not a fix, this is a WORKAROUND.
The previous launcher worked FINE with zoom settings, ALL OTHER APPLICATIONS work with zoom settings and can work with it and you expect me to give up this system-wide zoom just for your INCAPABLE new launcher???
You got to be kidding me. I will NOT give up my zoom settings and get EYE CANCER because of system-wide mini fonts only for some Crossfire launcher, which just LOOKS FANCIER than the previous one.
Hey, the 125% zoom even work in-game and in the game room list! No problem there!
ALL APPLICATIONS work with zoom, JUST NOT YOUR LAUNCHER.
YOU and your contract software developers are at fault, not my zoom settings.
While I appreciate you caring for your customers with a quick workaround until this is fixed...
DO GET YOUR LAUNCHER FIXED FOR REAL. -

:mad:Boas ****es, tenho muita pena mas por mais que adoro este jogo nada corre bem a fazer os Zps, se querem roubar os jogadores nao metam as coisas que metem de os pontos, porque uma pessoa faz os pontos para nada.. Gasta se 5€ e ao fim do cabo nada fica na conta, acho que isso nao tem assunto nehm, porque se uma pessoa se dedica ao jogo e por alguma razao e nao para ficar sem dinheiro e nao ter as respectivas coisas nas contas.. Para isso tirem as coisas! -

Sorry... "workaround"... "temporary fix".. doesnt matter it fixes it does it not?
We are aware of whos fault and problem it is and since this was posted, the problem has been fixed. Expect another emergency patch once we nail the other bugs which we are working on as we speak.lol giggletron karma isnt here the issue
i think its just the bad computers of these guys
