oh i don't know........................ GEE maybe all the people that complain/rq when getting killed by these op weapons. others that start vote kicks on these op weapons, people that make leagues and play without these weapons. people that don't use these op weapons because they feel guilty pwning every one. people that go on forums complaining about weapons. maybe??????????????????????
maybe take off the blind fold when you play, or ask your friends why they use the weapons they do.

I do well with almost every one of my 3 pages of zp guns.
I do not use my scar lite because it requires less skill to be as effective as other guns.
I have fun when I get killed in a pub. I have more fun when I don't.
I don't care what kind of gun you use in a pub.
I dont care if any gun is in fact overpowered for whatever reason.. I will adjust my play against you and that gun.
I hate bunny hoppers, axe and shovel. Now theres some overpowered **** there. -

You mean the MINUSCULE part of the community called the forums? In no way does this community represent a large part of the actual community. People complain about the weapons because they can't kill them. Again, is that my problem? I have no problem killing them. What's your argument?people that make leagues and play without these weapons.
Hence where the balance comes into play. As we are referencing public games here, there is no need for total balance. There is no common ground where teams are competing on a level playing field. Again, this is game is F2P. It makes money from items that sell. Wouldn't be very appealing if every weapon was the same now would it? It would get boring using all weapons with the same amount of damage, rate of fire, recoil, etc. Why would people pay to buy all the same weapons? Use some business sense.maybe take off the blind fold when you play, or ask your friends why they use the weapons they do.
Most of my friends are competitive players, so naturally they play with COMPETITIVELY balanced weapons. But most also do not care for what is used in a public game, because it really doesn't matter. There is no need for competitive balance in a public setting. -

it's an opinion if a weapon is op or not. if you were a true competitive player you'd realize that guns have their advantages and disadvantages, that's one of the things that MAKES an fps game and that's one of the things you should know if you play competitively. complaining after a days of pubbing and resorting to saying that guns are op is a senseless thing to do.
there's a reason why games are tested by players before they are released. one reason is bugs, another is balancing/feedback -

Pubbing is the main part of the game for most cross fire players and it sucks because it is moderated by noobs through the vote kick. If you do too well you get kicked, and if you don't do well enough or you are the last player in the team you get kicked too. Also most players complain like a b.itch about everything which makes it even more annoying.
btw, looks like the vote kick failed at keeping the game "clean" from hackers
It just shows that the vote kick is what it is: a cheating tool. When the noobs don't have their 1-shot kill on, they f11 better players (cheating) and when they have a hacker on their team they F12 him. Way to go.
At the moment I playing CS 1.6 and I don't miss the screaming of CF players one bit (WALLER, WALLER, HACKER, KICK PLAYER ABC) etc. I have barely seen any whiners so far.
All this just proves that the majority of players in this game are cheating/jealous noobs who can't take a lose (that's the sad part). -

Stop changing people's quotes like you're cool. There's a difference between giving up and not wanting to bother with someone who can't even provide a valid argument. You didn't even respond to my last post, all you could write was tl;dr, like that was a fight right? Not worth my time. If you actually provided something to argue about, I might stay. But all I hear is, "This game is unbalanced because I get killed in public games that matter by weapons that I think are overpowered." Over and over and over. No facts, just illogical opinion. -

you haven't played any of those games enough to say if they have this ''OP weapons'' problem or not. fact is there is no such thing as an op weapon, because in my opinion and any professional gamer that would play this game would say that every weapon is good at it's own job.
Why did ESL and WOGL ban some weapons like m12s and scar light if they aren't "OP weapons"? Aren't those leagues for true competitive players? -
those leagues banned those weapons because they enforce the rules based on the communities liking. if i grabbed everyone i knew in the source-community and threw them into this game then the leagues that exist today wouldn't have rules that enforce you not to use certain guns.

You're treading into perspective arguments. So nobody wins, it's all based on your specific outlook on what competition is. There are multiple ways of looking at competition and what you're basing "skill" in w/e game you're playing. It's impossible to argue against what ever side anyone has taken because too much of it is opinion based. -

I pretty much agree to everything in your post, Denxi. A game should be fun to play, not frustrating. People should just stop complaning because they die by one single gun or THAT single gun. I myself have never complained about people using anything neither have I used that same gun to annoy people. Pity people fail to see how ridicolous they are when they cry about something that there is no need to cry about. The same thing happens in every game I guess and nothing will probably happen to prevent it in the near future. Crossfire is a great game and I would hate to see it die because of arrogant people who just won't let it be if they get killed with that one gun that they find really overpowered.

If this thread is deleted, then the GM or MOD who did so doesn't have the reading comprehension skills needed to do their job.
In reality this is just a rant on my frustration with things that have nothing to do with the small specific section of humanity that is this community, besides the fact that the community is a representation.
Where do you pub playing morons get off calling other pubbers using things like SPOPs or M12s noob? What makes you think you can actually complain about that ****? The best part is, a crap ton of you turn right around and start whining about the competitive community.
So, we've got a bunch of people playing in random games. Those would be the pubbers. These people play in games which demonstrate no skill whatsoever. These people play unorganized games which are meant to stimulate fun and enjoyment in the process of getting people together and playing a game with each other, not to COMPARE SKILL, but to generate enjoyment out of participating in an event you enjoy with a bunch of other people who enjoy the same event.
There is nothing wrong with that. There IS something wrong with you then starting to complain about people using "noob guns" or "noob characters." YOU PARTICIPATE IN A STYLE OF GAMEPLAY WHERE SKILL IS IRRELEVANT IN OBTAINING ENJOYMENT. WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT GUNS OR OTHER OBJECTS THAT AFFECT THE BALANCE OF THE GAME AFFECT WHY YOU PLAY?
All the time I see people calling other people names because they're using a gun or character that they don't approve of IN A PUBLIC GAME. This means that they have no logical reasoning at all for disliking that person's choice in items. All the time I see hypocritical idiots coming on the forums and complaining about things people do in the game to "unbalance" it. Why?
Because they've placed themselves in a position in which a part of their ego and self esteem relies on their status and success within the community and the game. They place themselves in a position where they feel the need to do what is accepted as the norm only because they're too stupid to see otherwise, and their too insecure to change anyways. All these people are concerned things that create an imbalance in the game for no reason at all, because they way they SHOULD be playing doesn't involve skill level.
Stop crying about M12s, SLs, and SPOPs. You don't give a **** about the balance of the game, and an actual skill-comparison environment. You're all a bunch of hypocrites.

Since I do **** like this while watching TV I lose steam halfway through. That's what makes it fun.
