Error problems

Now i have tried to reboot my computer and re-install the game, and still sometimes, or very ofter my Crossfire close itself and a little square is comming up and ask : sen error report ? and its not good beacuse we often play Clan matchen and we are trying to get to the top and we play seriosly and i buy z8 point very often but i can barley use them. I dont like it.
