Whats wrong with the hack report system or game hack protect in general.
Mutation mode is full of no recoil and auto-headshot hackers and also speed
i reported a lot of them on website with the exact time where hack is seen. I also reported a lot of them in-game but still i see the same hackers playing free and ruining every mutation mode game especially Treasure Island

I figure it would be for the best if we all collect bugs, issues, etc, in the same place. This update unfortunately did brought up some issues, which some of them are already noted, but who knows what else might be lurking around.

If you encounter any issues you wish to share, so that we could report them and possibly see them fixed, by all means, post them here! I guess we could also take this opportunity to includes old bugs you may be aware of; that we don't.

Although, if you want to report a glitch or some sort, I would ask you to send me a PM instead. We wouldn't want other users to learn how to perform x glitch, would we? :P Also, if you could resize your images so that it doesn't exceed the forum's limit, that would be great (800x600 works fine). Anyway, here's some examples of things you can report:

Typographical error, unreadable sentences, Engrish.
Programming error; things/events not happening as it should, etc.
Client errors, damage zones, map/mode specific issues, etc.
The list goes on!

Black Market Crates List

Hey all!

I was wondering if there's a way for players to check every available/existing Black Market Crate, and it's Permanent Rewards.

This doubt came to mind since I now have 10 different crates to open, and have no idea what I can get from half of them, and it would be nice to know in advance in order to try the ones I want more with the Lucky draws.

Also, is there a defined time period for the Coupon Weapons rotation? As when will the next batch be available.

I started playing this game between 2013 and 2015 with another id, and I created this second account ( with an email which I don't remember ) and I was trying the game so I wasn't sure weather the game is good or not, then I like it and kept playing, but when I logged in after many years to the forum I found that the email associated with my account is not mine, and when I tried to change it it seems that I need to login to the ancient one and confirm the process.
My question now is how to find or change the email address to a new one ?

MM of the Past vs MM of Classic server

You will be wondering why MM of the past is alot harder to win as Soldier compare to the Classic servers. Despite the fact that Classic servers is suppose to replicate the past.
there's quite few factors.

1.Grenade ban Grenade were not banned in the past. Those flash and smoke really harm the soldier side when used. Mostly the flash since at the time if you were directly on top off a flash you will not be blinded by so a valid strat in MM is to throw a flash at your feet right before the infection timer finished so if you were the starting mutant you would blind everyone looking at you giving you a good infection start.
2. Lack of MG user. In the past there's wasn't as many Machine Gun as there are now.So Soldier frequently reloaded.
3. MVest were super rare. Nowaday Player have Mvest thanks to Zombie mode and mutation stones. But back then Mvest were a paid only item.
4. Mutation mode was very new so the hold out spots weren't obvious.

How can a company let the game get to the point where it's impossible to play the most fun mode because of hackers????

For several weeks we've been catching the same hackers in ranked matches, some are even in the top 100. Normal rooms aren't immune either. Is it possible that admins and GMs don't play the game or simply don't care about how things are? Without a weekly update to reduce the number of offenders, for example, and with admins actively playing ranked matches to ban offenders live, nothing gets done. I'm not spending another penny on this. My friends have the same opinion....

So I just started playing again after a years absence. Started playing ranked and out of 20 games, 15 had cheaters. The situation is actually atrocious.

There is no sense in playing the game honestly. There has been news about the anti-cheat within this month, but there have been way more cheaters than I've ever witnessed. The reporting system in-game doesn't do anything since I've seen the same cheaters multiple times (within a 5-day period). And mind you, those have not been closet cheaters but full-on rage cheaters. Not to mention that there is literally 0 compensation for the player playing against cheaters. My K/D + my rating get demolished and if those cheaters may eventually, sometime, if you guys want to potentially get banned my rating and my K/D don't get affected by that. What type of nonsense is this? But hey, the cash cow drops money, so why would you care about the state of the game, huh?

What Could Fix the Game?

1. Anti-Cheat System & Enforcement

The game urgently needs a new anti-cheat system backed by a dedicated moderation team. Anti-cheat logs and in-game reports should be actively reviewed and combined to issue HWID and IP bans where appropriate.

Additionally, Z8 Games should add a clear and visible “REPORT A HACKER” page on the official website. This page should include:

Text boxes for detailed reports
The ability to upload video evidence
A transparent confirmation system so players know their reports matter

2. In-Game Voice Communication

Other CrossFire versions already have fully functional in-game voice communication. Z8 Games should collaborate with those versions or license the required files to implement this feature. Voice comms are a basic competitive standard and would drastically improve teamwork and match quality.

3. Weapon Balance

Several newer weapons are either overpowered or poorly balanced, largely due to a flawed weapon statistics system.
These weapons should be nerfed or removed, as they negatively impact competitive integrity. The community is well aware of which weapons are the main offenders.

4. Server Location & Performance

Since the servers were moved to Germany, performance has noticeably declined.
High ping, instability, and frequent crashes were not issues when the servers were hosted in The Netherlands. While cost may be a factor, the current setup is harming gameplay and driving players away.

5. Ranked System Integrity

Ranked play is currently unplayable at higher ELOs due to a lack of active monitoring. Without constant oversight, ranked mode loses all credibility.

A solution:

Implement active observation for high-ranked matches
If no moderation is available, temporarily disable ranked play
Recruit moderators through official job applications, offering small financial rewards per successful ban

There are also loyal community members who would willingly help even without payment, simply to protect the game.

Conclusion

Z8 Games needs to prioritize its community over short-term profit. A healthier game means:

More active players
Better retention
And ultimately, more revenue

Key Investments Needed:

A new anti-cheat system and anti-cheat team
A ranked system moderation team (or a combined enforcement team)
In-game voice communication
Proper weapon balancing
Returning servers to The Netherlands for better stability

If the game truly reflects what the community wants, the long-term gains will far outweigh the costs.

I've been using Crossfire again for a short time.

I'm a veteran player and have been playing Crossfire since Crossfire NA existed.

I switched to Crossfire EU then I was there when NA and EU became Crossfire WEST. What I mean by that? I've known Crossfire for a long time and since I've been traveling to Crossfire WEST again, I've noticed something crucial.

Where are the players?

I mean, in 2020 we were faced with a huge peak in maximum players and before you know it the number of channels will be halved and from 10,000 active players on peak maybe only 2,000 at most.

Did I miss something? Has Crossfire lost the battle against the age?

I would be really happy if a few users would get involved in this conversation.

I have an HP ProOne 600 All-In-One PC, and today i installed CrossFire on it, but when i would launch it, it would run smoothly, then quickly start dropping frames (yes, while not even in a match). When it would reach 1 FPS, it would instantly crash, not the kind of crash where it closes without any error message, it shows that its not responding. And if i click "Wait for program to respond", it wouldnt do anything.
The specs are :
Intel Core i3-4160 CPU @ 3.60GHz
8 GB Of DDR3 RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4400
Im surprised that its not working since i saw on the game's website that its compatible with this computer. If you know how to fix the issue, please help me out
