Hello everyone,

I want to bring attention to an issue that many Turkish players have been discussing for a long time: ZP pricing in Turkey.

Currently, players in Turkey are paying European or US-level prices for ZP. However, when we compare this with Middle East region pricing, we see that they are often paying almost half the price for the same amount of ZP.

This situation feels unfair for several reasons:

Turkey's economy is not comparable to Western Europe or the United States.
Purchasing power in Turkey is significantly lower, and paying Euro or USD-level prices makes ZP very expensive for Turkish players.
Geographically and economically, Turkey is closer to the Middle East region.
Despite this, Turkish players are still placed under a pricing structure designed for wealthier regions.
This discourages many players from purchasing ZP.
If the prices were more appropriate for Turkey, many more players would likely support the game by buying ZP.

We are not asking for special treatment — we are simply asking for fair regional pricing, similar to what other regions already receive.

A pricing adjustment for Turkey could:

Make ZP purchases more accessible
Encourage more players to support the game
Increase overall player satisfaction

There is a strong CrossFire community in Turkey that loves the game and wants to continue supporting it. We just hope the pricing can better reflect the economic reality here.

Mythical and beyond is just plauged with cheaters, Support tickets do nothing. Hack reports do nothing. I have over 20 since the start of the season. Only 1 has been closed. It's not like im reporting players for no reason. We all know the cheaters are not trying to hide the fact they are cheating. Its 100% blatant So my question is why aren't they getting banned? This is a total joke. This company continues to do nothing but beg for peoples money with skin after skin. Look at crossfire brazil, props to them for actually doing things right and talking with the community and making it so people actually want to spend their money on something. This game is a disaster and can't see the actual player base staying much longer. There is a list of things i could complain about like Coupons never changing, MP shop staying the same for years. New VIPS only coming in lapis which is the biggest scam ever. Fix your game or lose your players.

Can't seem to find any more news about the old server they announced, no countdown, nothing, it just dissappeared. Don't get me wrong, I don't have any high hopes for the game to be fixed at all, but like you announce something, then just remove it feels cheap, so cheap it hurts. Sorry if I start a negative wave with this topic, but devs and GM's been slacking at their jobs lately, so this is just merely speculation on my side.

This game has already a lot of toxicity in itself, if you play the game you know.
That itself is not the worst but what pisses me off is when people start throwing around slurs, bypassing n-words in chat and have no consequences. I just clipped a part of the match i played, the player [ REMOVED ] in the clan [ REMOVED ] threw around n-word for no reason and you will see i did/said nothing to him. I just responded to another player that called me out for my weapon.

What other players see? Well they see a player throw around such slurs and keep seeing him play the days after, no concequences. When these kinds of players are reported, we NEED to punish them severely dissallow them from playing for a LONG period of time. This way you actually show these racists that there are bad consequences for these types of things. Otherwise they will keep doing it knowing nothing will happen to them.

Please help me spread word about this so we can make the small crossfire community that there still is, atleast more fun.

Good afternoon, why aren't the tickets working? I am giving a report on a player who is playing with cheats, he has not been banned for more than 2 weeks and there are a lot of such tickets, are you somehow going to ban players who play with cheats?? In 7 consecutive matches, I met 7 cheaters in a row and 7 different cheaters, are you going to fix this? Or is it already a dead game? And you don't care about the players? Why should ordinary players suffer? I like this game and this server, but I don't like the fact that the administration doesn't do anything to stop cheaters from playing. CrossFire West Is Bleeding Players – Server Issues, Cheaters, and Disconnects Need Top Attention

I’m writing this post not out of hate, but out of deep frustration and genuine love for CrossFire.

I’ve been playing CrossFire since my childhood. This game is not just another FPS to me, it’s something I grew up with. Over the years, I’ve invested a significant amount of time and money into CrossFire because I truly believe in its potential and want to see it succeed. I also want my future kids to play it so yeah...That’s exactly why the current state of the game is so worrying.

Major Issues That Are Killing the Experience

1. Ranked Mode Is Overrun by Cheaters

Ranked is supposed to be the most competitive and fair environment in the game, yet it’s currently the opposite.

Obvious cheaters appear far too often

Wallhacks, aimbots, and suspicious behavior go unpunished for long periods

Legitimate players are discouraged from playing ranked at all

When players feel that skill no longer matters, they simply stop playing.

2. Extremely High and Unstable Ping

Even with a stable internet connection, many players experience:

Sudden ping spikes

Constant latency issues

Servers that feel inconsistent from match to match

This makes gunfights feel unfair and unresponsive, especially in competitive modes where milliseconds matter.

3. Random Disconnections and Client Errors

Nothing is more frustrating than being:

Randomly disconnected mid-match

Kicked due to client errors

Penalized or losing ranked points because of issues completely outside the player’s control

These problems make the game feel unreliable and unstable.

Why This Matters So Much

CrossFire West already has a smaller player base compared to the past. If these issues continue unchecked, the game risks losing even more loyal players players who genuinely want to support it, spend money on it, and keep it alive.

I don’t want CrossFire to die. Many of us don’t. We are here because we care.

What the Community Needs...

Stronger and faster anti-cheat action

More stable servers and better ping optimization

Immediate fixes for disconnections and client-side errors

Clear communication from the developers acknowledging these problems.

To end this *rant*

This post is not an attack it’s a wake-up call. CrossFire has survived for many years because of its passionate community. Please don’t ignore the voices of players who have been here since the beginning.

We want to keep playing.

We want to keep supporting the game.

But we need to see real action.

ITEMs storage at full capacity - how to get any new items ?

how can i get new items into my storage when its full already? I already deleted all items that could be deleted by users themselves + also bought 3x the expansion of storages + also bought the safe storage (ITEMs storage cannot be send into safe storage btw)... talking about ITEMs storage curently. I know that GM over ticket are able to delete 20x permanent items from storages. But they only removing items from WEAPON storage, they for some reason do not delete any other items from ITEMs or Costume storage. When i request deletion of the ITEMs storage, every time they reply the same answer - that they can only delete permanent items - but the listed namecards and sprays are permanent items - i sent them screenshots + video as a proof, but they still repling me the same answer... therefore... how can i receive more new items for ITEM storage when its at full capacity, and its no longer available to even open any zm box, or even obtain zm4 colection reward, or even MP shop reward, or even batlepas premium reward, or even ranked seasonal reward, or even clan weekly reward, or even zm rank rewards (weekly + monthly boxes), or also able to buy any new item from yearly event that offer new game weapon skins + dolls?

In game are 3 basic storages + 2x special storages:

Basic ones:

WEAPON - to store weapons

ITEM - to store items - namecards + sprays, skins of weapons, etc.

COSTUME - to store costumes + characters + skins

extra ones:

SAFE - to store weapons

BLACK MARKET - to store weapons

00:00 - 00:02 - you can see descriptions of the basic storages

00:32 - 00:46 - you can see there are permanent items (namecards and sprays - few like 4 in total or so can be deleted by user themselves, but i wish only those 4 to remain forever in my account, allmost all others (95x or so) i wish to be deleted.

00:04 - 00:22 = here the error message/pop-up messages that shows that i canot anymore get any zm box reward or colection bos reward to receive - full item storage

Any of you players have solved this issue? if yes, how? its imposible to get throw GM Xenon especially, that mostly respond to my tickets... Trying to solve this issue for longer than half year without a solution... i was forced to delete tens of valuable sprays and namecards that i wanted to remain in my account in order to obtain more items rewards especialy from zm boxes, but i am curently at a point where i cannot delete anything anymore and canot receive any new items into ITEM storage.

Now over 2 Years we are waiting for new Coupon trading. After the announcment that they remove finally some Weapons, literally everyone TOLD them what they should put in like AK Gold, M4 Gold the OG stuff like what the Coupons ment to be. And now, what do we get? This annoying childish Doll weapons, which maybe 3% are using. I dont get it really, its the only game which the developer dont listen to the community and does exactly the opposite.

Any of you who have/had this issue... found a solution? if yes, please share... I only was able to bypass it.. more down below:

Issue:
Game auto closes every time 3-5 minutes without eror since 27-10-2025. Does not matter if you in game or in loby, or in storage... the game just automatically closes few minutes after you log in... eventviewer and other windows does not detect it... due to AI - becouse developers probably did something with servers or anticheat or something ... (might be wrong)... any of you guys found a solution for this issue? - if yes - write into comments

i played x hours with this issue and was not able to fix it... only bypass/workaround it in a bit annoying way...

My temp. fix:
I created new PC account (local account) - installed basic apps and game... and the game runing just fine... but it will take you alot of time to sett all the windows setings, and basic app setings... but it so far works...

If any of you find a better solution, please let me and others know in the comments..
I did not installled any update, any new app, did not changed any settings withing my OS, nor any apps... and yet starting today... the game not working as it should (in my normal/main PC account). Support over tickets takes usualy 3 weeks for x1 reply... so i gues its better if we as a comunnity will start sharing the tips how to make the game work here or on social media... Lets hope it will get better.

This issue happening for just few people/players - not for all, which is kind of weird...
It does not matter if you use win 10 home, win 10 pro, win 11 home, win 11 pro, or if you using AMD, or intel devices... it not working on any of them... (for some people it works just fine, but for me and others it does not...) I tried almost every option that i could think of + also spent many hours doing hardcore stuff that AI told me... but did not fixed it.
