Auto-bag switching characters

Everytime i join a game my char switches back to my old one. i've searched up a bit and found out its thanks to this auto-bag thing and sometimes there's a button to switch to default or whatever and it does the trick
My question is how do i turn this off i dont want to have to go to my inventory every time i switch a room or game mode..

Shotgun kills do not count towards progress in limited contracts. I played 2 games yesterday with a shotgun, got about 100 kills, and none of them counted. I thought, okay, maybe it's a glitch. Today i do 50 kills with shotgun on TDM and only 2 were counted How fix it? How could only 2 of the 50 be counted?

I am unable to play any game on any server other than Alpha (which has little to no online and is only fitting for PVE solo missions). When I join the playing session, my progress bar gets stuck at 85%, and then I get thrown back to the room list. The issue has been bothering me for a very good while, and I've done everything that had been suggested in other similar threads, yet nothing seems to be working. I thought that the recent update would fix the issue, but it isn't, and as such I cannot do anything to play on the major servers.

I really do hope there is a way to resolve this issue with your help.

Hello, I'm having a Crossfire issue. The game crashes automatically during gameplay. The game crashes to the desktop without any errors. I've tried uninstalling the game and doing clean installs, I've tried removing and reinstalling drivers, I've even disabled everything running in the background, including antivirus and all drivers not needed for the game, and the game still crashes. So the problem must be with the game. I've also tried running the game in different Windows compatibility modes and older versions of DirectX, as administrator, and no matter what I do, the game crashes after 15-30 minutes of gameplay.

I would like to report several issues I am experiencing in HMX Mode and Zombie Mode in CrossFire.

Weapon Throw Not Working
In both HMX Mode and Zombie Mode, I am unable to throw or drop weapons.
- The Zombie Bag is set to OFF, but weapons still cannot be thrown.
- This happens consistently during gameplay.
Zombie Selection Bug After Respawn
After transforming into a zombie:
- I can only select one zombie type initially.
- After dying and respawning, I am unable to choose a different zombie.
- The game forces the same zombie type with no option to reselect.

These issues significantly affect gameplay and appear to be bugs rather than intended restrictions.

Please investigate and fix these issues if possible.

CF Event Pass item pieces do not stack

I tried buying pieces to obtain sound effects for my Disco weapons (I had 20 Kukri-Beast Disco Sound Pieces since the first Event Pass), but apparently sound pieces obtained from this Pass's shop count as separate altogether.

the loading bar of joined game is slow and at 83% show network connection error moving to the lobby i am pretty sure from my network internet any solution for that problem or fix it in next update i play that game in same pc for years without any problems

As long as you own a supply item, you cannot use the Mutant Disguise from the Char Urdr.

owning a suppy item has got a burden if you are willing to use the Mutant Disguise in combination with Mercenary: Ignore Reload.

Steps to activate Mutant Disguise in this case is:
Press F: Mercenary: Ignore Reload activated
Press F again: Switch to supply item and wait till used up
Press Strg+F: Activate Mutant Disguise

Please fix this bug

Hello, when we try to enter the game, it stops at 45% and then kicks us out of the room. This problem happens to my friends as well. I believe it only occurs on servers in our country. We are playing from Azerbaijan. We've been playing Cross Fire Russia since 2009. After it was shut down, we switched to this one. This issue didn't exist 4-5 months ago, but for the past 4 months, we have been unable to join most of the games. Out of 5 games, this happens in 4, and we can only enter 1. Please fix the issue.

Account Repeatedly Hijacked - 90 Day Rule Failing to Protect Me!

To the Z8Games Community and Moderators:

I'm at my wit's end and desperate for help. My account has been hijacked TWICE now, and the support system in place is only making things worse.

Here's a simplified timeline, removing specific email addresses for privacy:

March 2024: I lost access to my account. Support helped me change the email and regain control.
Days Later: Account was stolen AGAIN. Same MO: email changed, password changed, attempted deletion.
Months of Back and Forth: Support insisted I wait 90 days due to their email change policy. Despite explaining someone else was controlling my account, and providing extensive proof of ownership (transaction IDs, payment dates, etc.), I was stuck.
June 2024: 90 days finally pass. I'm allowed to change the email BACK to one of my originals.
Within Hours: Account is IMMEDIATELY hijacked AGAIN. Same email change, same deletion attempt.
Today: Contacted support, and once again, told to wait 90 days.

This highlights two huge problems:

Account Security Flaw: The hacker can bypass Z8Games' email change security. The 90-day rule MEANS NOTHING if they can instantly change it back.
Support Inflexibility: The 90-day rule, while likely meant to protect users, is being weaponized AGAINST me. I am the legitimate owner, providing proof, yet treated with suspicion while the hacker acts freely.

What I'm Asking:

Community Awareness: This isn't just my problem anymore. If it's happening to me, it could be happening to others. Awareness might lead to Z8Games addressing the root security flaw.
Moderator Assistance: Is there ANY escalation path beyond the generic support response? I'm willing to provide ANY information to prove my identity and ownership.
Advice from Others: Has anyone experienced this? Are there solutions I'm not aware of?

I'm losing months of progress and money spent on this game, but more importantly, my trust is shattered. Z8Games, please help!

Today when I visited BM I got notified of ''items succesfully disassembled 13091 coupons'' when I tried to use them they didn't work though only the things I can really buy worked it's 13081 now. But I can't disassemble all the junk from crates so need to wait their expiration.Doesn't seem like a harmful bug.

titanium beast gloves set effect not showing? (noble gold)

i have the titanium beast noble gold set (m4/cop/kukri) and this activates the set bonus and i see the outline on the bag, i get the killmark, and i see the border loading screen. however in game the noble gold set gloves do not activate? i drop it for a team mate and spectate and they have the gloves but for some reason i dont? the set effect must be active for them to have the gloves on spectate and for me to have all the other set bonus stuff. im wondering if maybe there was an option to disable the character hud set effect somewhere that i accidentally turned on but idk where this would be can someone help? or has anyone else had this issue?

things ive tried:
using the titanium set as my only active bag with items / changing to default characters / equipping to a different bag / restarting / removing accessories. all with no luck.

Namecard and spray items keeps switching

Upon adding a nacecard / spray to inventory, it overwrites the currently selected namecard / spray. So user has to keep reselecting his preferred items every time they open crates

i cant change any settings in the game.
whenever i try to change resolution/sensibility/sounds it resets.
for exemple if i turn the music volume down or off it resets once i rejoin a server or join a game
also it wont change resolution or mouse sensibility no matter what. not even in-game
i've reinstalled the game 3 times and it still happens. i can add a video if need

First of all you can't damage Manticore with spas, and strangely i get some damage with pistols (raging bull) on his butt.

yeah... its funny, but that how it is.

4 stars bosses give like 1-2 attack?

we(players) use to end up games with full 90 attack and probably full in blaster skill you pick.

now you are happy if you finish with 50 attack and some blaster skill.
