New Clan System Securities

As many of you might have seen we have added new security measures when doing clan management processes like making new lieutenants, removing lieutenants, changing leaders, clan disbanding, etc. Before being able to complete these high level clan management changes you will be asked to enter your secret question and answer information you first made when creating your account. This is to prevent issues of users letting out their account information for any reason and then having their entire clan ruined due to them now having access to their clan management.

If for any reason you have forgotten you secret question and answer please contact our support center with the following information and they will be able to help further.

1. LoginID for the account in question
2. What you think is the accounts secret question and answer was
3. Email address attached to that account
4. Name of characters on that account and what game they are from
5. If possible also 2 transaction ID's or receipt numbers of payments made to the account.
6. and any other info you can remember of the account, the more the better.

Once you pass them this info they should be able to help you further. If for some reason you can not remember all this information then provide at least all you can and see if they can still help.

As always make sure to never give out what your secret question and answer to anyone ever for any reason. No GM's or MOD's will ever ask you for that information in game. Even on the forums this would only be asked in very few cases and only be Me or other forum GM's.

CM would be Community Master i think

Great Idea. But when will you make the secret question, during registration or during making of the clan?

So this is like "double password" for security. Good, good
